The association wasn’t very friendly and didn’t explain the issues found in detail.
Tanner was very rude. Asked him if my car was due for a tire rotation, he did not even check and had a bad attitude.
Everyone there seem to not want to be there. Seemed very depressing if I'm being honest. They got the work done just fine, however I will try not to go back, unless I absolutely have to.
